Request Onyx Support as a AtW Provider
If your current Access to Work (AtW) provider isn’t meeting your needs, or you’re not satisfied with the support you’re receiving, you can request a change.
Switching to Onyx Support is simple, contact your Access to Work case manager/assessor and ask for your support to be transferred to us (or ask for Onyx to be used as your provider going forward).
If you’re not sure who your Access to Work contact is, you can check:

Any emails or letters you received from Access to Work after your assessment, or

Ask your employer/HR team if they have the details linked to your application.
